Parsley Bay Sydney, is claimed to be one of the best places for scuba diving, especially at night. This little bay is also a favourite location for family picnics and calm water swimming in a lagoon equipped with the shark proof net. Only 10 km from the City.

Hopefully, the net has been repaired since it was first installed in 1931.

Parsley Bay is hidden among the back streets of Vaucluse and surrounded by green parkland with beautiful walks and views, including the ones on and from a small and scenic bridge across the bay.

I do recall one memorable, intimate, late evening dinner by candlelight in this beautiful park by Parsley Bay.....

Well worth a visit.

The one drawback - very limited parking space.
